Laurie was born and raised in the Twin City metro area graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in Bloomington. She then went to U.W. Stout in Menomonie, WI, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. She also did graduate work at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

A wife of 28 years and mother of two grown children, Laurie has been active in many volunteer activities for the past 25 years helping regularly in schools, church, and civic organizations.

Laurie has had a variety of exposures to business through the years working with customers and clients in the medical, manufacturing, and custom design industries. Her philosophy in dealing with people is to offer service with integrity, energy, and creativity. "Keeping in touch with people during a transaction is paramount. Buying or selling a home is a life changing experience--people need to know what is going on."

The Hill family moved to Hudson, Wisconsin in 1990. Laurie has loved the rolling hills and woods of western Wisconsin since attending school in Menomonie. "Moving to Hudson was the best move we ever made," she believes. In addition to their Hudson home, the Hills have property in beautiful Cook County, Minnesota, not far from the shores of the greatest lake, Lake Superior. She has traveled thousands of miles upon the rugged back roads of that area exploring the lakes, rivers, and deep forests.

Laurie is uniquely qualified to provide insight and assistance in finding and selling properties throughout the metro area, western Wisconsin, and the North Shore vacation area of Minnesota.
